My earrings for pierced ears don’t hold anymore, what can I do ?

A second set of back clutches is automatically sent to you, when you order earrings for pierced ears. If you find that fixation is too loose, change the back clutches. Otherwise, there is a trick for tightening clutch friction. Place the clutch beetween your fingers, use flat nose pliers and press the two rounded edges so as they come to contact. Don’t hesitate to do that as soon as you feel that your earrings don’t hold correctly, otherwise you take the risk of loosing them.


My earrings clips tighten too much / not enough, what am I to do ?

Clips are controlled before each shipment but it can happen. Nevertheless, don’t try yourself to tighten or loosen them, you may break or damage the clips. The best solution is to return to me the earrings, i will be able to repair and if necessary to replace them.

Advice : It occasionnally happens that earrings don’t hold correctly on ears, but not for mechanical reasons. Sebum exces so as creams can favour this feeling. Verify if clips are greasy and wash them.
