My earrings clips tighten too much / not enough, what am I to do ? Clips are controlled before each shipment but it can happen. Nevertheless, don’t try yourself to tighten or loosen them, you may break or damage the clips. The best solution is to return to me the earrings, i will be able to repair and if necessary to replace them. Advice : It occasionnally happens that earrings don’t hold correctly on ears, but not for mechanical reasons. Sebum exces so as creams can favour this feeling. Verify if clips are greasy and wash them. |
